Say hello to Raspi's & Leyva’s, vibrant, family-owned businesses led by Stephanie Holguin and Roger Leyva. Our journey began with a dessert truck offering delightful Mexican treats, ice creams, and smoothies. Nestled in the food court at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, AZ, Raspi’s has quickly evolved to meet the demands of our customers, expanding our menu to include a variety of delicious Mexican street foods.
Today, Raspi's stands as a unique fusion of a dessert haven and a Mexican food paradise. Our menu features a variety of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and nachos, all made with the freshest ingredients and traditional recipes.

Located among well-known franchises like Subway, Popeyes, and Starbucks, Raspi's has earned a loyal customer base thanks to our authentic Mexican flavors and friendly service. Despite the competition, we continue to thrive in the food court at Luke Air Force Base.
In addition to our food court presence, we operate Leyva’s Tacos food truck. We serve delightful Mexican desserts and treats, as well as mouth-watering tacos and other savory items. The truck is available for private catering and corporate events, and can be booked directly through our website, social media, and direct outreach. We look forward to helping make your event special!
